Business created. Validated. Now i need an investor to get bigger.

So, instead of creating a technology company i end up creating a appliance fix company who uses technology to get better prices and serve more customers.

I created Aaxis.

Aaxis is company who connects whoever needs to fix an appliance to a contractor who does the job. I know, we got plenty of these companies everywhere in the globe.

The thing is: we use tech to optimize our proccess. To schedule an visit from one of our partners (contractors), it only takes 5 minutes. The proccess itself is manual (yet) and someone take care of talking to the clients.

I'm looking for investors to dedicate my full time to the project and focus in the future plans.

What is ready:

• The platform itself: once our employee talk to the client and set up a date to one of our contractors go there to fix the appliance, the systems locate the closest contractor and attach into the order.
• We're a profitable business: we take a cut from 30% to 45% of every successfull service. Our profit range from $20 to $40 of every client usually. Normally we do 4 to 8 clients everyday so our daily revenue go from $80 to $320 (monthly at least $5k).
• How we get customers: currently we use only google ads. It costs between $20 and $35 a day.

What we need to do:

• Create an app for our clients follow our partner contractors until the end of the service
• Create a platform for self-appointment. We can talk to our clients between 8am and 7pm, but any client who try to hire a contractor outside office hours, must wait until the next day where our employee talks to them. We need to create something that anybody can select a day (even the same day) to receive a contractor to fix their appliance.

What i'm aiming:

• Grow our profit to $10k/month by the end if Q1/2022.
• Grow our profit to at least $40k/month between Q2/2022 and Q4/2022.
• Grow the locations we have contractors. Currently, we are only receiveing requests from clients in São Paulo (city). My goal is to be present in every city of São Paulo (state) with more than 500k habitants.
