Business idea: Remote worker home workstation assessment
Background:
With the recent Coronavirus outbreak tech companies are asking their employees to work remotely. This may be the first time for many and they may not have what they need or know how to set up a productive home working environment.
About me:
I’m a physical therapist in the Seattle area that has worked from home for many years. I’ve also been trained to evaluate and make recommendations for home/workstations and can do so remotely via web conferencing.

Would you be willing to pay for this type of service to prevent potential injuries and get recommendations to help you be a more productive remote worker?
To answer your questions:
The goal is that it’s not about buying expensive stuff to adjust - it’s making what is available at home and recommendations to do so. That’s the difference from many others that would recommend purchasing expensive stuff. This is to help alleviate at the moment any potential discomforts that can be evolved with poor body mechanics over a short period of time.
Two questions: are you looking to provide this service via remote connection? and would you be making your suggestions based on the hardware they already have available or would that involve recommending buying equipment and hardware? if the latter, i'm thinking it would add to the cost as opposed to offer some discount you can negotiate related vendors and that becomes part of your offer.
