    This is not a how-to, it's a list of businesses and the pros and cons of starting a newsletter. A how-to would be a list of steps to take to draft, distribute and grow your newsletter?

      I think a restructuring will make the post fit a How-to,

        If by 'restructuring' you mean adding loads of content that is actually how-to content then yes. The other option would be to just remove the giant image at the top that says 'How To Start a Newsletter!' and the little heading beneath it saying the same thing, then there's not actually much wrong/weird.
