Business Idea targeting entrepreneurs (feedback needed)

Daniel Hangan @scooch

Hey folks, I’m planning to launch a web-app related to entrepreneurship/passive income. What frustrates you the most about similar solutions out there? Would you be willing to pay for an app that lets you connect with other entrepreneurs around the world with different backgrounds for the purpose of starting a business/side-income together?

Example: You have a great business idea but you need partners however, you don't want to risk capital to pay highly skilled professionals. Where would you go to find partners with different backgrounds (with or without experience)?

A Tinder for Business people/partners? I say that because going into business with someone is like getting married, you really have to know each other and get on, otherwise it can get real messy! (imho).

I haven't used it, but it seems like Bumble is trying to tap into the 'business networking' aspect, I'm really not sure how well they do at it.

its called Linkedin..and its basically free
So why would i pay for this ?

have you used linkedin for the purpose of finding a business partner?

Think you'd need to go hyper-specific here to combat as other posters said about just using LinkedIn.
If you could identify a specific niche of entrepreneurs it'd be also easier to market and attract users.
Possibly digital nomads, designers, content marketers, no code developers.

I spotted a pattern that students of online courses from udemy, skillshare, lynda don't know how to find real-time projects where to apply their newly learned skills. Or want to start something but would want to join other students or entrepreneurs to start a project. This is why I thought I would create something where people with little to no-experience could find real-life projects to join in exchange for some assets except money (like assets)

    I don't get your pitch.

"Hey folks, I’m planning to launch a web-app related to entrepreneurship/passive income. What frustrates you the most about similar solutions out there?"

    what similar solutions?

I would first answer a question: "Why would you even go into business with someone you do not know?".

This will probably provide an answer to your question. Try to address that problem and you should have good website.

Agree. Trust is a big thing. What if people could build their trust? through reviews? documents that build credibility?
