Business Ideas Born In This Lockdown ?
by
AllanAndresCh
While some people is worried, what business opportunities do you see in this crisis ?
my company delivers cookies. we were always a delivery-only company so now business is doing even better since we already had the systems in place. The only thing that could really hurt us are not being able to find ingredients or if the government literally shuts down businesses.
wow, interesting !
Website that shows which airlines allow free changes / cancelation of bookings and were you can change your bookings in an easier way.
Interesting, really nice projects !
Uber like for helping people around you. Do their groceries shopping, go to the post office, etc..
I could use that aven after the corona crisis has passed 🙂
Am building a landing page to see if people would use that
awesome, keep me posted!
You mean Postmates?
It's only available in the US and I cannot test it's features...
Yeah, really nice idea even after the corona !
I'd like to think that this makes us become more environmentally conscious, so things to make us make better buying decisions.
Like - will supply chains break down? Supermarkets are not coping well in the UK, the attitude of people doesn't help. We have a local butchers and greengrocers who are doing really well at keeping supplies coming in. I'm going in every day to buy a few things.
Also, we joke about toilet paper. I've used cloth wipes and nappies/diapers for my kids for years. I've decided to do the same for the whole family now, I just placed an order for a bunch which will hopefully last us years.
Nice ! Local business I think are being stronger right now !
Do you ordered online ?
Generally, only occasionally for food. Yes, for pretty much everything else.
But online food deliveries are struggling to keep up with demand atm.
Hi! A lot of businesses have moved into an online environment since the pandemic. We can point out that this has mostly pros. However, in the technological age, learning is still always possible for everyone with the help of E-Learning software. E-Learning software is not just used for general education. Nowadays, there is a trend among businesses to create E-Learning software for internal use and employee training. Our e-learning software brings many benefits to corporate training and education.
More information about e-learning software can be found in the article

I read a lot of news about business ideas born during the pandemic. The most interesting were deals on shipping or delivery by robots, drones, and other things.I read that ritual services had a "second wind," as awful as that sounds. I learned that there is https://www.cuttles.io an app for creating a startup in which you can also make a quick presentation of it. So you minimize your communication with other people. Various self-development courses were in high demand, but only in the first blockchain, lol. I spent most of my time on Netflix. This means that there are businesses that covid has had a positive impact on.
Just an idea to put out there, maybe someone can work on it:
Nature videos walks (sort of like those for treadmills, but that could be set up for walking at home) would be a blessing!
Interesting !
We started making custom Zoom branded backgrounds for people. Seems like businesses jumping head first into the WFH lifestyle are interested in overlays and a branded experience on Zoom. www.screenbrander.com.
I just posted this: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/how-to-validate-an-idea-during-this-crisis-3bd2fca788
Am I alone with this sentiment?
You are not alone !
E-commerce/Delivery. WFH related equipment. Entertainment (contents).
Interesting !
An app to help you prepare for emergencies. You enter information about your household (number of adults/children/pets, dietary restrictions, etc) and it helps you make sure you have enough food, water, and supplies on hand for an emergency, reminders to order replacements of things that are getting old/expiring, test flashlights and radios, etc.
Wow, really interesting !
What benefit would an app provide over, say, a blog post listing such information?
Probably it being personalized for your household, and reminders.
Really interesting ! Do you think can be done in 10 days to make it upfront to this emergency. !
Web site that tracks toilet paper availability by store and zip code.
