There's so many companies starting to service this need as users seek to become a part of an authentic community!
Are there any community resources you're paying to access?
Mostly I've read blogs and books and more recently podcasts. And then just practice doing them in real life :)
There's Community Rountable and CMX, lots of interesting stuff there, but I've never found the time.
