Business of sport insurance

I just read Lionel messi left leg is unsure for up to 900m. I'm guessing his insurance is high (he can afford it) and hopefully he is most likely not going to cash it.i heard something similar for cristiano Ronaldo. what other unusual vertices of insurance have you heard about.
