Hi All, hope everyone is doing well.
Looking to validate an idea I’ve had for the past few years and see if it's even worth conversation.
As I try to start each and every business over the past few years, it’s always obviously harder with no cash. I’d love to start some sort of an Upwork like site… (“BUT NICK THERE’S ALREADY 5,000 Upwork CLONES…!!!)

Maybe this is already a thing... If so, I'd love to know so I can participate.
This would be more where freelancers, bootstrappers, and startups who are starting with no cash can go to connect with like minded folks to exchange work. Like if I am good at Web Development but not so good at Marketing and there is someone else who dreams of starting a Marketing company but is not so good at Web Development we could connect and exchange each other's service that we specialize at. Hour for hour, or, project for project, etc...
I would appreciate everyone's thoughts, good, bad, or ugly...

Maybe good test would be to post to the Indie Swap group on a regular basis, maybe a monthly 'indie swap' post? The key is to word it carefully so that you only get people who are willing to commit the help.
I'm not sure if it's a great business model going forward, but taking action on something helps you think through the whole idea and process better.
@NickSocha to be honest it's a good idea but we have something similar here called IndieSwap. You can look in that group and judge how much traction you can hope for. Cheers
