Buying Newsletters - Done this? Selling? Here's what I'm buying.
Crew - I want to buy a series of newsletters and email companies in the startup, entrepreneur, finance, investing or business space. Essentially, I buy a lot of small business for 2-5x profits traditionally in the brick and mortar space and then scale them. But I'd like to do that in the media space. I have a newsletter that is growing nicely and a few others that are new and add to the flywheel but I'd like to accelerate the growth through synergistic M&A. Anyone doing this? Done it? Selling?

thanks my friend. Wrote about one I have an LOI on this week. Determining it's viability for me but I've honestly been surprised at how cheap you can buy these things! .8x multiple. Keep trying to find the hidden problem.
I am interested in this concept. just saw something about it in our community newsletter today. Trying to figure out how to get started. i already have a 10K email list, but I'd love to find another one or more to buy to add in capacity.
Or, maybe it's time to sell :)
