How to incentivize influencers to bring you customers ?

Hi Everyone, I'm launching very soon a SaaS in a small niche allowing people to create vision boards and other tools to sustain their motivation towards their goal. As one of my main growth strategies, I plan to contact coach/influencers in these field through FB groups I already targeted, to pitch them the product. For some of them, they manage a few thousand followers on their facebook group, and these people would probably be my customers. Should I offer affiliation to those influencers and if so, any idea of what the numbers are ? 35% 50% ? Is it the best strategy or should I 1-on-1 the members of the groups myself ?
