Technical founders aren't usually great at sales, especially if selling B2B software. When struggling to get those first paying customers, I wonder how many founders conclude that they haven't found product/market fit yet when really, they're just terrible at doing sales. 🤔

I get it though - it's so hard to get into the mindset that talking to 100 leads and closing 2-3 deals is a success - especially when it feels intuitively like anything but!
