Just finishing my first thing I'm going to launch. The idea came from my personal experience of tracking habits by emotional intelligence. :)
Basically, it's a thing to track habits (and whatever) by how do you personally feel about your progress. That's it. That's what worked for me.
I don't ask specific question, looking for an overall feedback of an idea and execution.

I really like the idea. My main complaint is that I don't like the design very much, and it would be nice with your own set of emoticons :)

Do you think current design can be tweaked without drastic changes so you will like it or some major changes needed? :)
I would probably need some "major" changes, but that's not to say what you have cannot be tweaked. I would like a traditional header, with a rather small and confined demo underneath it. You can check out my website if you want a reference for what I mean https://wiseer.io
I think you need to work most on the color selection though. For example, having dark text on a dark blue background really doesnt work very well. And the demo would work better without a transparent background in my opinion. Sometimes less it more :)
Just my opinion - but I would reverse the order of the emojis. I think usually when I'm doing a survey, it's "bad" on the left and "good" on the right. This seems to reverse that.
They were just as you're saying. But then I've checked out facebooks «likes» and for some reason the were in ordered from positive to negative. So I went with that. :|
"Subscribe to be notified" doesn't seems to work too well, and text box value has a default value of "r@gmail.com", also text box cursor doesn't shows and doesn't highlight.

I might add a bit more information to the page, maybe something just as small as a 2-3 sentence paragraph that pitches the idea. For example, what can I do with that data and how will it help me? Rhetorical question, but hopefully you catch my drift.
The idea itself is pretty interesting, and I think you could be onto something, but I don't think the current presentation does justice.

I have a question. I was trying to address the issue of «explaining» an app («pitching the idea») by putting an interactive app on the landing page. But if fails at doing so. Am I right?
I don't think it fails, it just needs a bit more clarity.
