Calling developer co-founders! Also asking for feedback on my idea!

I want to build a tool based on algorithms that automatically match students to university/school, this will give students a quick, clear and accurate view of

1. what schools/universities are within their reach
2. what ones are above their reach, but their can definitely work on their personal statement to get a higher chance to get in
3. what ones are the definitely safe ones if they apply

I have this idea because at the moment, lots of international students are using agencies to apply for schools/unis because

1. lack of knowledge of education system
2. lack of language capabilities
   however, as the world is moving towards a more educated status, people are now capable of applying as long as we are providing the right tool, which can save them thousands of money to the agencies.

I'm very keen to get this idea visualised asap!
