We are building YourMirror, an AI virtual try-on platform used by fashion and beauty brands to create lookbooks and product visuals.
The tech’s proven, clients are happy — but scaling internationally raised a tough question:
Do we really need traditional sales teams to grow globally, or could we distribute ownership instead?
So we’re running an experiment. Instead of hiring reps, we’re giving independent entrepreneurs exclusive rights to grow their own territory. They handle local relationships and market fit, we provide the product, tech, and global support — and everyone shares in the revenue long-term.
It’s sort of like running your own SaaS micro-business, without having to build the product from scratch.
We’ve already seen early traction in Europe, and now we’re opening new regions to test whether this “distributed ownership” model can actually work at scale.
I’d love feedback from anyone who’s tried similar partner-led or territory-based growth models.
And if it sounds like something you’d want to be part of, I can drop a link to our pilot info in the comments.
Curious to hear your take — could SaaS growth really be decentralized?
