Can a small browser gaming site compete with giants like Poki and CrazyGames?

I’m building BunaGames, a browser gaming platform focused on instant-play HTML5 and WebGL games.

Instead of trying to compete only on the number of games, I’m focusing on:

  • faster game discovery

  • lightweight page performance

  • better category organization

  • SEO structure

  • mobile usability

  • automation for content and site monitoring

One of the biggest challenges is balancing performance, SEO, monetization, and user experience on pages that contain embedded games.

I’m curious how other founders would approach this:

If you were entering a market dominated by a few very large players, would you prioritize SEO, product differentiation, niche positioning, or distribution first?
