Can AI solve Customer Service for Good?

Let's be real for a moment...

Support Chatbots are Sh*t πŸ’©

We believe they...

  • Don't understand simple questions
  • Keep your customers in endless loops
  • Prompt impersonal and useless actions and push your customers away

This was always a quest we had at Customerly.

We wanted to improve such an industry but the technology was just not mature enough to generate the kind of experience you would have with a support chatbot.

Until GPT came out.

But we learned the hard way that is not possible to just feed your kb and make gpt respond to your customers.

It might lead to wrong answers and more importantly to lawsuits which are not a thing you would experience. (https://www.bbc.com/travel/article/20240222-air-canada-chatbot-misinformation-what-travellers-should-know)

We knew very well all the challenges of support teams and customers.

At Customerly in 2022 our messenger was shown more than 1 Billion times.

So we decided to try using GPT in combination with our customers' knowledge bases, canned responses, and a dedicated layer to identify intents and accomplish complex missions.

Cause it's relatively easy to manage repetitive questions, the issue comes when you need to handle complex or articulated cases.

I believe we solved that issue with Aura.

⚑️ Respond in less than 30s to over 50% of your support tickets
🀝 Enhance response rates
🌍 Support in ANY language with no extra effort
πŸ‘©β€πŸ’» Escalate to your human team when things get tricky
πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™‚οΈ Identify intents
πŸͺ„ Handle complex conversational missions (tailored to you) with ease.

Today we decided to change this trend.

Let's welcome Aura.
