Have just launched my jobs board helping people find rewarding jobs in the UK, I want to focus on marketing and getting visitors first rather on site design or adding features so what I've launched is very minimal. My concern is whether this to too minimal or looks spammy? The site's https://www.findrewardingjobs.com
Absolutely!
I'm actually not a fan of MVPs. How can you really test a hypothesis as to whether people like your mansion if you show them a tent?
I do believe in launching with only the most important features, but make sure you do it justice by doing them really, really well.
Otherwise, you may get feedback on your ideas, but those ideas aren't fully baked, so the feedback isn't actually very useful and what you may think hasn't resonated would resonate if you made them properly in the first place.

Thanks, that makes a lot of sense. In my case the 'product' is the content on my site, i.e. the job listings. Features, content and design I guess are to attract more visitors and make it easier to use, however if there isn't an interest in the core 'product' I didn't want to spend a lot of time building those out!
