Can content posted via substack rank well on Google?

I'm looking to start writing content for my product as a means of improving my product's SEO ranking. What is the best platform for me to host this content? Can content posted via substack rank well on Google?

    Technically, yeah it can. But say I've a newsletter on X.substack.com I won't use the domain authority of Substack.com. So I will have to build my domain authority from 0 like it is with a new website.

    On Medium, your publication is hosted at medium.com/X where you can use Medium.com's domain authority.

    So, it can be done with consistent, SEO-focused content and link building.
