All my sideprojects i'm going to attempt to #buildinpublic. They are all AI-enabled and all utilize GPT/NLP AI models for their applications.

   A Maritime dedicated AI tool for legal shippingcontract review in charter parties, and other shipping contracts, with capabilities for deep analyses and generating revised counters. Drag and drop contracts onto the platform, trained with existing datasets, and it analyses it + generates report on whether the clauses are biased or unfavourable to one party over another, i.e. Ship Owner vs. Cargo Owner, and then provides a revised counter contract.

2. Tide.Codes - https://tide.mixo.io
   An HR Tech Interview and Assessment Platform for Organisations to assess Devs on their skill level through live and asynchronous testing. AI-enabled scoring and progress, builds a database of devs with measurable reporting. I hope it will be the ultimate platform for devs who are passionate about work and what they do to continue to build and hone their skills, and for organizations to easily access a huge database of amazingly highly skilled devs, upload problems/challenges to be solved for rewards by devs, hire easily based on the unique scoring every account has from completing assessments etc, and also to conduct more gamified hackathon-style hiring, courses, and more.

3. MediTech.AI - https://meditech.mixo.io/
   MedTech.AI (ideation) - Harnessing same NLP technology on massively trained datasets across all medical fields, will build the ultimate doctors assistant that can track test results, symptoms, reports and recommend next best course of action and also potential diagnoses. Big potential for D2C as on-chain decentralized data platforms for medical records and verification are currently being built in the web3 space, and even if not, MediTech can still be applied as a first line of defence for pre-consultation checking or unofficial "work-buddy" to a doctor where the data is uploaded and anonymized.
