Can I build another '100,000+ audience' business?
From 2015 to 2017 I grew my YouTube channel to over 100,000 subscribers.
Last month I started another media business: a newsletter to help founders become better founders.
What's done?
✅ First 100 subs
✅ Created a daily habit of creating
✅ Started connecting with more creators
What's next?
☑️ Figuring out Facebook ads (Subs below $3)
☑️ Learning from people who've grown a newsletter to 100,000 before
☑️ Keeping it enjoyable for the long term :)
