Can I build another $40,000 MRR+ SaaS?

After building a $40,000+ MRR SaaS, I'm now building a new SaaS in Public from scratch (literally) :)

Done:
✅ Name + Domain name
✅ Marketing site
✅ Sign-up form

Up next:
☑️ Designing the app (UX)
☑️ Building the first prototype (MVP)
☑️ Public launch!

All will be documented step by step.

How? 👇

What was your previous SaaS that generated 40k/month?

      1. 3

Upvoty, indeed :) Wish I'd documented that the same way I'm doing it now with Flowtion :)

where do you get your ideas?

do you use explodingideas.co, trends.co or meetglimpse.com or just come up with them on your own?

Good Luck Mike. Thanks for sharing this. Are you planning to any live ones?

Good luck, Mike. By the way, where are your old YouTube videos? I can't find them

Thanks! They're hidden on my old channel. To be honest, my old channel was more about "clickbaity stuff" although I also shared valuable lessons as well. But not feeling it anymore :)

Recording your journey is one of the best things that founder may do, good luck!

Yeah, wish I'd done it with my other SaaS :)

    Keep doing nice work!

Happy to see that! I love the video. The best thing is that when you're a developer, founder, and now the core concepts of graphics, it's a great combination as you can put your ideas into illustrations easily. I have a little bit of the same kind of skills.

Hey Mike, how is it going!?
I love the Serie your doing, but I don't get why you First Buy Domain and Name before Creating/Launching the MVP.
It is to get some first customers/testers? In order to get some feedback faster?

    Hope you do well!

I'm super branding-focused when starting new projects. By coming up with a name + domain name + logo (even if it's not final), I can start marketing right away :)

        Well, sounds good.

sweet, will totally check it out!

I really enjoy watching your content and compliments to you on the production quality of your videos! It is highly inspirational to watch. Especially as this quite relatable coming from someone from The Netherlands.

What I am wondering, maybe a bit more on the running the business side. Since you already have a stable product and business. Do you spin off this new venture in the same entity or do keep these separate? If I watched your video's correctly I think you have a fellow entrepreneur that is partnering with you on this one.

Thank you for the content. Best of luck and wish you a lot of enjoyment in the creation, release and running of this product. I will be watching the journey.

Thanks, I appreciate it! This is a side project for both of us, but entity-wise, yes, it's split :)

Will you do a Q&A after launch?
