Can I buy your SaaS company for ~$10k?

Hi!

I've been looking for a SaaS company to buy, around the $10k USD mark. I've been watching a bunch of listing sites, and even watching IH's own "Businesses for Sale" group but I've found nothing so far. Ideally:

• You're working solo on the product but have run out of steam, or want to try doing something else, or have no time for it anymore
• It's a web-based SaaS product
• It has a few paying customers
• Subscription model only

I have the cash ready to spend, I'm well experienced with SaaS products and we'll use a service like MicroAquire or similar (includes an Escrow agent and documents etc).
