Can I get notified of replies on IH?

I'm new here (loving the community so far!) so forgive me if this is obvious and I've just missed it, but is there a way to get notified on IH when someone replies to me?

I've specifically noticed this doesn't seem to happen for replies to my replies. I haven't created my own post before this so I guess I'll see if that's also the case for posts soon.

Loving the community and just don't want to miss anything anyone says to me.
