Under "Every plan includes:" put text under each icon to explain what it is.
Make text under "Features deliberately..." the same length. Right now it's not uniform and it doesn't look good. The text under "Communicate with your users" is 4 lines while the text under "Integrations" is only 1 line.
Place CTA "Try Entrylog higher on the page".

Hi sam, the product is free to use for 7 days. You can sign up without a creditcard. So you do not have to pay when the trail period ends and you can try the product for free. Let me know if you have any questions.
@Matthijs, you asked feedback on your landing page. My feedback is if you want users to try your product, remove the step where they need to pick a paid plan (I have no clue which one to pick anyway) and let them directly play with your demo.
I bet you will improve your conversion rate by >100%.
