Can I sell my project?

Currently, I have been working on a project. So far I have built, work link: https://personalcollection.netlify.app/

I am thinking that this project can help many users, I have ideas to implement many things in this. But due to lack of experience, I am finding it difficult to implement.

How can It help others?
In nowadays, everyone loves to capture every moment of their life. But as their storage starts fulling, many deletes their old memories to capture new ones, some of them may keep their old pictures in different kinds of drives.
But what I am thinking, that we can make a place to keep their moments from where they can share their moment with others, or If they want to download it on any device they can do so.

If anyone likes this idea and wants to work on it or wants to know what are the other things I have for this. Can mail me at hsnice16@gmail.com.

I am also thinking that Is there any place where we can sell our projects(fully completed or not), along with the idea to make it better.
