One thing I'm curious about isn't whether AI lets one person build a bigger business.
It's whether it changes which parts of a business stop being the bottleneck. That feels like a more interesting shift than simply replacing work with automation.
I really like this perspective.
One thing I’ve been thinking about is that AI may not only change execution speed, but also change how founders make decisions.
From my own experience, I’ve found that AI is most useful when I first form my own assumptions and questions, then use AI to challenge and refine my thinking. But the difficult part is still deciding which signals are actually worth pursuing.
Given your focus on why some founders make better decisions, I’m curious:
When evaluating a new opportunity, what signals do you think founders should pay the most attention to before committing significant time and resources?

Yes — I'm building Traction AI solo. I research startup ideas by hand and use AI to help structure the analysis. One person, no team. Still early but moving.

I also noticed a similar pattern in my own research, manually finding signals from different sources, using AI to structure the information, and then applying human judgment to decide what matters.
