Can someone help me test my Zendesk app?

Hey there!

I've created a Zendesk app called "Text Refiner" that helps fix grammar and stylistic errors in support responses. I'm looking for someone to test it out and let me know if they find it helpful.

As a non-native speaker, I always had this nagging feeling that my writing wasn't quite right. I used Grammarly for a while, but then I discovered ChatGPT, which does the same thing more efficiently and at a lower cost (sorry, Grammarly, still love you though!). So, I built a wrapper around its API that corrects my text and highlights the changes. It's been a game-changer for me.

I got really excited about it and decided to make it available to the public to see if I can monetize it through marketplaces. I started with Zendesk and built an app for them. It's currently in private beta to iron out any kinks. However, my network isn't big enough to find teams willing to test it. That's why I'm reaching out to the IndieHacker community to see if anyone is using Zendesk and would be open to trying it out with their team or knows someone who might be interested.

If you'd like to test out "Text Refiner," just shoot me a DM. I'll need your Zendesk subdomain so I can add you to the private beta program. In return, I'll send you a coupon code so you can test it out for free.

By the way, if you want to see what it looks like, there's an open-source standalone version available at https://refiner.roman.pt/.

Thanks in advance!
