Can we make remote work suck less?

We are a small team, exploring ways to make remote/hybrid work better.
While we have a potentially explosive idea, we need some initial in-your-face reality check.

Could you help out and fill this quick survey? 🙏❤️
Happy to share the insights of the survey later on.

Hey @yanayz, some of the questions seemed geared towards a hybrid model-only approach and didn't leave room for the WFH-always option. I assume that was the intent, but without much of a context, it seemed a bit confusing. :)

As a person who really appreciates the ability to WFH due to the flexibility that this model provides and the ability to spend as much time with the family as possible, the only drawbacks I have experienced have been improper work setup.

Once I got my standing desk, monitors, and noise-canceling headphones, I couldn't care less about the office. Then again, my role does not require deep in-person collaboration (not sure that there are THAT many roles that do anyway).

    Just leaving my 2c. :)

      thanks for sharing your perspective.
as you have suspected, I was more interested to understand the prefernces of those choosing to work outside the house.
So far it seems that the vast majority is interesed in that, at least some of the time (different motives).
That being said, being able to work effectively from home is undeniably awesome. Most of the time 😉
