If the goal is to get an answer, you should ask a question.
Try something around this :

Hello XXX,
I noticed you registered on Pentos.
Do you need any help to get started with Tiktok analytics?

Depending on how important getting subscriber responses are to you... You may consider using a service like FullContact or ClearBit to enrich contacts (based on email address) and make the welcome emails more personal.
You'd want to do this without getting too creepy. Including just enough detail/personalization to show that you put effort into the message and it came from a real person. Maybe a comment or compliment on the work of the agency/company that wants Tiktok analytics. I think reciprocity will kick in at this point.
This approach involves more work on your part but that's also why it might work better. Subscribers will notice the effort and reciprocate.
This has to be weighed against your other priorities.
This is a vast simplification that should drive a lot more replies than you have now (0)
A few points from myself:
IMHO you put an URL of your website so often, so any mail service will send your letter to junk.

If you mention your company name anymore people are going to blow up.
