Hi folks, I'm currently working on my side project, to build a site to can help students can do some English quiz online. I have no experience on the UI/UX side maybe some part looks weird. So hope you guys can advise me what need to improve.

I would say that the first thing is to have proper grammar on the site since you are providing that as a solution. ie: "Learn and practice English for improve your skills" is not correct. It should be TO improve your skills. "List of grammar test" test should be plural here.
on the grammar tests, it's not clear that the items are clickable.
Your website looks simple and straight to the point. Maybe try to put a call-to-action button to enable people take action.
Few people will click on the module cards. Adding buttons will help direct them
