Can you help me to position & to differentiate my product?

I have thousands of software engineers that I could connect with a lot of companies seeking those skills and talents.

I am currently in the process of setting up Future Hire Global- connecting tech talent with contract & remote positions.

However, I don't want to be seen as a "recruiter" no one likes that word much, plus companies don't like paying the sky high fees.

I think it is vital to be transparent as well for both the tech talent to engage with the company for a mutual fit.

I am struggling with the best way to position & to differentiate the best possible way, and looking for any advice/ thoughts around this from anyone?

Or any feedback from people who have struggled find talent in the past, or individuals looking for roles- what they would like to see?.

I don't want to over complicated things, simply add value for both sides.

For the candidates , it's still a hiring with just a small twist that it's is work from home job for ever.

The pitch for candidate can just be "Remote Job HR". That's will be simple positioning that says in the candidate mind for ever.

For companies, it's a different challenge all together. So I would suggest you to look from company side and the whole process and make sure you would get it done for them.

You can position on the same and charge for doing it. It's like Process as as Service. Here you need to understand who is your customer. It is company CEO, manager and come up with full fledged process map.

If you are thinking of just doing profile shortlisting job for them then it don't add much value.

"Remote Team Services" can be your positioning for companies.
