Can you send an individual email from your substack newsletter name/account?
Hi all, I asked for feedback and received a reply from a subscriber. But I am not sure if I can reply to the email with the newsletter name? Currently, the reply was sent to my Gmail account.

I don't believe you can, at least I've not seen anything like that.
I think your right. I tried to search for ways to do this and couldn't find anything. Maybe it's part of the paid plain, but it's not an option on the free tier.

Noted. How do you communicate to subscribers Rosie? Do you have a convertkit type service to do so?
I don't communicate outside of the emails I send, or sometimes I'll add a first paragraph/note highlighting something important.
