I tried to explore you landing page as if I had randomly encountered it on the internet. After quickly looking through it, I would assume it's some sort of a job listing site with some advanced filters or some job opening and candidate matching platform.
It might be helpful to have a subheading below "We help you find your dream tech career" that quickly explains how you plan to achieve this.

I think your first image might by cropped out a little bit. Also, you filled the menu with lots of options. Its not good for your visitors to do that.
