Hey community!
I've just launched Capslock and I would love to get some web design feedback.
https://www.capslock.ac
What we do?
Capslock is a revolutionary new school where adults can kick-start their new career in cybersecurity, in just 4 months.
Instead of paying tuition up-front, Capslock learners pay tuition in monthly installments once they land a high paying job.
Learn via live, instructor-led tuition, and get workplace-ready with a curriculum built around real-life problems and hands-on skill development.
Thanks in advance!
Good day, everyone! This is a very conceptual project. Ambitious. I think you should develop this as much as possible. After all, the development of such projects helps many people learn about new professions. It was thanks to such projects that I was able to find a job on the site https://uk.jooble.org/jobs-amazon/Nottingham. So you should promote it to the masses.
It's not a bad page. I like the design. You've got good white space and the text is easy to read. You also do a nice job of communicating what you do and what makes you different.
That said, I think there is still some room for improvement. Here are some suggestions:
I would test some alternate headline options. In particular, it would be good to get a benefit or hot-button emotional appeal in there. If you don't get people excited here, they may not continue on.
Speaking of building excitement, I think a different image in the hero area could help do that. I get that you're showing the solution, but most of that image is a black screen. Try to use something that matches with the headline to convey your message.
Try to be more specific when possible. For instance, instead of just referring to "a good paying job," give a figure or a range.
I like the logos of the supported by organizations. That's good social proof and I would move it a bit higher up on the page.
I would also add some testimonials for social proof. Or perhaps pictures of students who have gone on to earn jobs, along with their new employer and job title.
If you're going to make a claim like "better employment prospects than a university degree," you should back it up. What is that based on? Do you have proof?
Enrol Now might be too big of a commitment to be effective, especially for the amount of information you provided. Perhaps you could try something like "Create an Account" or "Start Your Application"
Best of luck.
Very nice! I don't have much feedback other than the animated underline for some texts. The underline seems free style but the font is square and rigid. They don't seem to go well together. That's just my feeling though. Good luck!
Good luck!
