#product-feedback-request: Interview Insider - Making the interview process transparent

I'm working on a website that shows the interview process at different tech companies and allows you to filter by a certain type of interview, e.g "pair programming".

https://nifty-carson-ce6b5b.netlify.com

It's currently a work in progress but I'd love to get some feedback.

The goal is to eventually add a detailed description of the interview process to each company page (e.g https://blog.safegraph.com/outlining-the-safegraph-recruiting-process-2d61a95b5c9), as well as job listings.

Do you think the current website is enough to be useful?
And what do you think of the overall idea?

Thanks!

    Hi, Dmitri,

It's a pretty cool idea, and the website is really nice and easy to use. I don't know if you already have this in mind, but it would be pretty cool if people working at different companies could give you their input.

Recruiting processes can change and might be easier for you to keep up with them.

I guess in the end the business model would be that of a job board. The market is pretty crowded so having the interview insider as a feature is really nice. :)

    Good luck out there!

      Hey @LaviniaMM!,

Thanks for the feedback. That's a good point, allowing people to contribute will improve the data quality and keep things up to date.

My thoughts on business model are actually not that of a job board. I'd want to work with companies to create a detailed description of their interview process, and how to best prepare for it. Then charge them to have that profile on the site.

    Hi Dmitri,

Cool idea! Sorry to plug my own stuff here, but I believe kanochart.com might be of help to you in deciding what to build and what not. I'll hook you up with some free credits if you want. Let me know if you think it's useful to you!

    Good luck,

    Mathieu
