A market place e-com biz? If you wanna ask something about other kind of e-com biz (like Luckin Coffee in China), just say.
FYI, I'm not currently working for Luckin, but my F&B company focuses on technology and operates like an e-com biz too.
Just heard of Luckin for the first time. Nice to see a Chinese competitor to a "coffee" business like Starbucks.

What I want to ask about is how you're doing e-com now, is it just a website? Does it include other methods? Would you benefit from also having an e-commerce chat bot (where you sell automatically using chat)?
More than 85% delivery revenue comes from our App (u can search The Coffee House), website & call contributes the rest.
App is the key point for our delivery service & New Retail model.

I don't read Vietnamese, but some of the drinks look like juice or tea? I am sure I will try it if I ever go to Vietnam. I checked the map, you're all over Ho Chi Minh!
It's so good to see that people are adopting your app; because it means that people are ready to try new tech solutions to buy things. It kind of gives me a boost although my solution is about chat bots. Chat bots are still gradually getting popular. They're the newest tech trend.

What I came to learn, from direct experience, is that running an e-commerce business is completely different from running a technology business.

What I wanted to ask is the channels you use to sell. You obviously have a website, but other than that? Do you sell on a mobile app? Maybe Amazon? Maybe a chat bot? Are you interested in "omnichannel"?

Yeah "tobacco" that's what was on my mind too. What about interest groups? Like for example forums with people discussing the best cigars? Maybe you can join them there?
What about exporting to other countries? Maybe this is a way you can expand?
The more I look at those cigar images the more I'm attracted to them haha It looks good, although I don't smoke
