Hey guys!
I've just recently got into the Indie Hackers scene and made my first website that I'm actually sharing with others.
It stems from the idea of having some external motivation as a means to achieve a goal. It's something that has helped me build habits at a daily level; for example I have it set with a friend that if I don't read something for 5 minutes every day, I owe $5. And the same is for him.
So I decided to make GoalPacts.com! The idea is to bet on yourself, and give yourself a date to complete a goal by; if you don't then you have to pay up whatever amount you decide. The other option is social accountability where you make a post wherever saying that you'll complete the goal by x date. (still needs to be fleshed out)
But yeah, let me know what you think and what's good/bad/ugly about it :)
