Change website layout & content according to user age, gender and area using AI.

Hi! hope everyone fine. I just want help from you guys by validating or correcting my idea. I'm web developer and have developed many website's but i realized that every website that i make as a developer or see online have same constant layout for every age or gender of person.

For example, if i go to any online e-commerce site there are always ladies stuff on top bar with same make-up banner and special offers on it and kitchen stuff on second product line but i don't want to buy them. But in real life when we to some store the smart show keeper always show product according to our age and gender and most probably we buy that product.

Same goes with blogging websites.

So, why we can't make specialize website for customer to ensure once he/she come's to our website he dose't go without buying anything after all it's all about personalization.
