I want to know what do you use for subscription management where you want the payment to be calculated correctly for "Added value taxes like GST/VAT".
I would be happy to know if there is such a solution"
- handles payments though gateways like Stripe.
- handles GST/VAT based on country of purchase
- handles invoicing and management

I use paddle.com which, like fastspring.com, will certainly handle this, but functions as a reseller rather than just a payment system. This makes your life simple - you have only one customer, and all the problems of international VAT handling (which are especially complicated here in the EU) are their problem, not yours. However, paddle.com take a 5% cut, which is fairly hefty. On the upside, since they're a reseller, not a service provider, there's no subscription, so no cost until you have sales. If you're starting out unfunded, this is a good thing!
There are plenty of subscription management systems out there. I'd certainly look at Chargebee, not least because it's free for the first $50 000 of revenue. It can connect to a variety of payment gateways, including Stripe.

But they can not be the only ones.
In my case we use Stripe and Invoice Ninja. Almost all our customers are international, so we do not need to charge consumption tax. But when a domestic customer does order, the invoice needs to itemize the consumption tax. And since its not that often, its a bit of a pain.
