Charity as a Service

Hi everyone!

Curious to get your thoughts on a potential CaaS (Charity as a Service). Basically the thought is to provide a way to easily allow businesses to integrate charitable giving into their products. Imagine an API in which businesses could integrate into their subscription flows, stores, etc in which some percentage of revenue is committed to one of several available charitable funds (homelessness, climate change, disaster relief, child hunger, etc.) and each month the business is invoiced to collect those funds in one go.

The platform ensures integrity at each step of the process and allows for complete traceability of funds. Charitable tax forms are already filled out for you and ready to download whenever you are, detailing your business's total giving. You also get badges that dynamically update to proudly display on your site to indicate your commitment to social good and history of charitable giving. Let's create a highly distributed, easy to implement, system of charitable giving.

Even .001% of a store's revenue scaled out to thousands of stores can make a difference in the world.

Hey ansario, I am also working in the charity space (very different approach) and love seeing other people tackling this challenge.
I am UK-based and can tell you about a few companies that are doing this here: Percent, Work for Good, Epic Foundation, among others
Happy to connect if you want to talk more about it
