Hey IndieHackers community! ππ»
I want to share an exciting update with you all! π»
My book, "Roots of UI/UX Design," has just become even more interactive and accessible, thanks to GaliChat integration.
With this integration, you can now ask questions, seek UI/UX design advice, and explore insights from the book, all in your preferred language. There are 50+ languages available: English, Spanish, Chinese, French,Romanian, etc. π

Whether you're a seasoned designer or just starting in the field, GaliChat provides a unique opportunity to interact with the content of "Roots of UI/UX Design" in a conversational format. No matter where you are in the world or what language you speak, you can now access valuable insights and guidance from the book.
The best part? It's completely free to use! Yes, you can talk right now with it. Just pure knowledge and learning at your fingertips.
Talk now with "Roots of UI/UX Design" Book in a whole new way and let me know what do you think! ππ‘
Great idea as a marketing concept! One suggestion: if instead of directly answering them, you cited a portion of your book like, "In Chapter 11 we discuss the concept of color schemes and how they're crucial for influencing emotions, perceptions, and 4 other key areas that every designer should know about. Buy the book now for the full story." Or something like this to try to engage with the user but ultimately get the user to purchase the book.
How many messages does the average user send, btw?
Hi @lbesecker195 Thank you very much for the feedback. It is a very good idea to quote from the book. β€οΈ In this way it would be a complete experience.
On average approximately 3-4 messages per new chat.
! As for its setup, I trained the chatbot with my book's PDF, and the whole process took just around 4 minutes. Plus, updating it with new info is a piece of cake β simply I can add the new content and retrain the bot, and it retains everything like a pro! I'm excited for you to give it a try with your own documents. Let me know how it goes, and feel free to share any thoughts or questions you have along the way. Can't wait to hear what you think!

Making it interactive and accessible in over 50 languages is a huge step for inclusivity and really opens up learning opportunities for so many people around the globe. Iβll definitely check it out and share my thoughts soon. Keep up the great work!
