Chatbot for practicing Multiple Choice Question

Hello guys,

I want to build a FB messenger based chatbot that will let users practice MCQ for any tests. I want to start off with pre built question sets and then expand into users uploading their own question set via Google Spreadsheet.

Just wanted to validate if something like this can be built using no-code?
