I suspect openAI will release PDF upload feature for chatgpt plus subscribers. I am a subscriber and it makes sense as only openAI will be able to offer document size that is realistic 200-300mb to be valuable.

Hey congratulations! I'm building a similar thing for data analysis and I see this as an interesting tool for helping students study in the context of their curriculum. My pushback would be that the value you proposition you currently have doesn't seem to outweigh that provided by ChatGPT plus since you can just copy paste a document in it.
I would advice that you niche down your target audience and try to make it more specialized for them. Another thing I came across recently that can help you leverage ChatGPT in more creative ways is NLU's (Natural Language Understanding) check out projects like Google Natural Language API and Rasa NLU. I found the biggest issue with directly integrating ChatGPT is that it's not reliable for returning structured data so these can help you with that.
