Child Clock – v1.1 Scope planning

Here’s what I’m planning to work on next week for Child Clock, my daily schedule app for kids and parents. I’ve marked tasks by priority:

Critical

• Firebase Analytics integration

• Proper time handling: support start + duration instead of AM/PM (at least for sleep)

• Localization: add support for Hungarian, Spanish, German, French (maybe also Swedish and Russian)

Nice to Have

• A separate "hourglass" screen showing remaining time for the current activity + option to set a custom countdown

Exploratory / In Consideration

• Add support for creating custom activities

• Add a separate "Nap" type alongside "Sleep"

• Fix lint warnings

• Add theme color switching (pink / blue / neutral)

• Onboarding guide on first launch

• Choose between default or empty schedule at first start

• Explore ways to simplify schedule creation

• "Share to unlock": restrict editing activities until the app is shared
