This is the headline of a new concept that I'm currently experimenting with for Frenl.

I would love to try but two things that stop me signing up:
I can definitely relate to the "Actively looking for business partners doesn't work" statement. Once the community gets built, I can see it being very valuable in developing connections.
Few thoughts / questions:

I honestly don't think so because I don't think that they're really three different communities. My feeling is that the "hacker" community is a mix of people having different backgrounds (more software, more business, more design...) but sharing an interest: building things. Indie Hacker is really about that too I think :)
Interesting. Do you have an idea of how you would like it to look like?
Overall, specifically for Frenl, I may be wrong but I never had the feeling that the value wasn't clear. Everyone knows that it's good to network and everyone likes the idea.
Right now, my challenge is more at the execution level. To be very clear: people are not really talking to each other. My app is currently not very good at creating interactions.
That's why I'm experimenting with three new ideas/features:
The one that I'm the least convinced about is actually the "hot takes" because I'm not sure that people will open up easily. We'll see hehe.
