Chrome Extension as Lead Generator

I can't tell who or what the extension does, but I do have a friend who used on to basically save and turn his company into a rocket. Key is to provide something truly useful, and to then gently reach out and convert your audience. Most people, in my friend's case, really needed this tool, so once he reached out and offered a paid version with 100x more, it was a no-brainer.

I have an experience in creating and monetizing saas chrome extensions but not as a lead generator.
