Chrome Webstore Reviews not visible?

Are any Chrome extension developers out here?

Can't really find why, so maybe you one of you has experience.

Why does it show there are reviews for an extension, and it shows the rating, but you can't see them because Google states:

"there are currently no reviews for this item."

Do you need to get a minimum amount of users/reviews before this becomes visible?

I want to look into the reviews of some competing plugins to find out the gripes people might have with them, so I can do better in the plugin I'm coding. But it seems for some of them, they aren't visible, even though they clearly have ratings.
