City tour app – why is there a market gap?

Hey there,

I was trying to find an app that could replace a guided city tour and the closest I could find was the Pocket Guide App. Apart from their website being outdated, why do you think they have abandoned that business?

And are you aware of any other services similar to this? I spent about 30 minutes on Google but I find it hard to believe that there is no state-of-the-art service out there...

EDIT: Just came across Piri Guide, they have a good UI. But it's still not the big shot I was looking for 🤔 Any thoughts would be appreciated!
