Clear Messaging? Launching new Twitter search platform

Hey folk!

Well I've been tweaking this landing page over and over for the past few weeks in an attempt to make sure the messaging is on point.

First question is... do you understand what my service is?

https://www.socialwise.io/

Second question... do you like the page or find it interesting?

Third question... what questions does it leave you asking?

Fingers crossed y'all like it!

    Hi,

I took a look at your website.

We just turned your social media consultant into a web application! We build custom real-time search dashboards to connect you with new customers and grow your community. Socialwise is your customized view into your Twittersphere.

This is the sentence in your hero section. To be honest I had to think twice as to what you meant with "social media consultant". You have a quite long sentence over there. It didn't make me understand what you're actually doing.

    1. I do resonate with the points you have under: "Your Twitter problems". I think a lot of people have these problems.

    2. How does a Twitter dashboard solve the problems I have?

    1. 2

Thank you for checking it out.

      1. For social media consultant I was referring to an actual person that people hire and pay for social media work. This does seem to be a point of confusion.

      2. Thank you

{3. I think this is a great point and I was thinking about it in the shower just now before checking this. But basically a dashboard like this will let you stay across all the moments on twitter that you should be inserting yourself into or industry/competition news you need to react. I use the little 3 step guide to provide an idea.

What I need to do is add some more concrete messaging on how this tool actually provides you with the help visually. I've been struggling with coming together with a good social media content plan recently too, but I think this could tie in nicely.

On social I'm now planning on posting images/slideshows of different search results over a course of a day/week/whatever for various industry-driven keywords, eg "30 people tweeted about ice cream in Atlanta today... with socialwise you could engage with every one of them" , "300 people tweeted worldwide about wanting to learn javascript today, with socialwise you could reach out to these people directly".

      And I think that kind of example with visuals / potential video/gif could go a long way to helping that.}

      What do you think?

Hey mate - updated the landing page to better get across problem and solution. Interested in your thoughts! https://www.socialwise.io/

Seems like a tool for Twitter for small businesses
Page seems ok could be nicer but you should have screenshots or videos that demonstrate the problems your customers have and how this will solve it and make their life easier
    Good luck

Did some updates to better explain the product and make it snappier. Interested in what you think! https://www.socialwise.io/

Thank you for the feedback. Something animated content-wise would probably be a good move. My only fear with adding more screenshots was the length of the page getting a bit unwieldy.

A video would be better and also reduce the length of the page.

Hi there, I would improve on the following

    • the color scheme: I have somehow the impression that the colors do not really match. I also find that you use too many colors: yellow, turquoise, darkgrey (the footer), white.
    • I would make the height of the first paragraph 100vh so that your title page spans a whole screen

    Best wishes

Thanks for the tips. Went ahead and made those changes. Definitely cleaner like that.

i think you need to redo the wording on the page as I don't understand what you're selling.

What do you think of the wording now?

We're selling custom twitter search dashboards - mentioned in the statement paragraph.

"We just turned your social media consultant into a web application! We build custom real-time search dashboards to grow your community and connect you with new customers. Socialwise is your customized view into your Twittersphere."

Is it confusion about what that actually is and why it's important? There's an "Our Service" section that outlines what it is too.

I had removed the "Package Options" section to remove confusion about upcoming products versus now.

Had to read the introduction twice, because i don't have a social media consultant and i was like "hm, about who you talking?"

What do you think of the wording now?

Your message is very lengthy. Your brand name takes up a big portion of the page, I would replace "SocialWise" with your UVP. And I would move the form a bit down.

Changed a few things. Initially I was a bit "what is this guy on about" but I'm much happier with the results now. Cheers.

Maybe do a second page or even just a link to a youtube clip

Could add another tab that better encapsulates the guide.

Or the video as another strip. Just need to get one of those made! :)

Made a few changes - strengthened the hook and changed the sign up field as mentioned.

      I like it.

Thank you for the response Mykal!

Pricing - I like that suggestion. My initial thought was trying to give something quantifiable but it's probably a step too far for an initial interaction

Signup - Initially I had actually had the "Request Invite" line poking its head up just above the bottom of the screen. I could look shrinking that first section and getting that under the hero intro.
