Clerky or Stripe Atlas for starting a company?

Planning to finalize setting up a company this weekend. I know this is probably one of the most asked questions around the startup community, but I'd like some inputs of IH's experienced hackers who might have had success with either platform or maybe just happen to know more than I do.e

Just my $0.02; I went with ZenBusiness, and here’s my review. Setting up the business was super-easy and inexpensive. An absolute breeze.

But now that it’s set up, the customer service from this company is subpar, to put it kindly. There’s little to no information on my “dashboard”, and I can’t make changes to my account online; I have to call it in.

The company’s responsiveness to inquiries is slow, they seem reluctant to respond, and the answers are short, terse and uninformative.

I know ZenBusiness wasn’t on your list. I’m just outlining my experience in case you come across it in your travels.

Hey thanks for the insight. I agree that it's never a one-time thing.

Bumpin this cause I'm trying to make this decision too. I love Stripe's approach to marketing through education, like they're not trying to upsell at every step. If you haven't read some of these, check out their guides https://stripe.com/atlas/guides

I wanted to go with Stripe since we're really into the company and all its products and services.

Stripe is more popular among people outside the US. I would totally go with Stripe because it's my first choice of payment gateway.

I went with Stripe Atlas in part because I wanted to use Stripe for payments and that was completely seamless, and also they offer $3K in AWS credits which were worth much more to me than the $500 for Stripe Atlas.
I have been completely satisfied by the experience and am a big Stripe fan. And their API documentation is the best API documentation I've ever seen.

just checked my AWS account -- make that $5K in credits!
